Great service but really disappointed that Mini moved from Exton to West Chester. Part of the reason we bought our car at Ottos was because of its location in Exton. Getting to and from the West Chester site is challenging for working folks.
The dealership was very accommodating in providing me service in a last minute emergency situation. My vehicle is my only means of transportation, and the engine went into "limp mode", so I could not drive my Mini any longer being in this state. The dealer was able to get me into the shop last minute/ day of calling. I arrived and they gave me a loner car til my car was fixed. I drove the loaner car at no additional cost. This is my 3rd MINI from Otto's! I had considered buying another car/brand this time around, but just could not do it. MINI Coopers are great cars. Always very helpful and informative with serving my car. Easy drop off and pick of the car. Customer service is very helpful when dropping off. I have never had a problem with getting my car serviced.

This is my fifth Mini but since I recently moved to Delaware, Otto’s became my go to dealer. It’s a very good dealership with great service and a most professional staff. Getting our Mini serviced here was easy and smooth - dropped off the car and was able to sit around in their showroom and do some work while I waited. The facilities are nice and I'd happily do it again. Preston was super friendly in particular, and efficient - no mucking around and overall it was a great experience. Only thing that would put a cherry on top is a bit more of a clean of the car.
