Preston is always makes the visit worthwhile. He answers all of my questions. He is one of the reasons I come here. The service warranty is one of the reasons I drive a Mini. Since it was too cold for you to wash my car, I will return on a much warmer day.

THE SERVICE I RECIEVED ON MY MINI WAS VERY COURTEOUS AND COMPITANT. I HAD TO WAIT FOR THE CAR AS I LIVE FAR AWAY FROM A MINI DEALER/SEVICE DEPO. PRESTON KEPT US UP TO DATE AND MADE OUR EXPERIENCE RELAXING AND WITH NO STRESS. Ever since Preston became my service associate way back in Exton, and now in West Chester, I've been spoiled. He's friendly and accommodating and go the extra mile.
All was fine, except technician I spoke to regarding rental car given to me failed to listen, this ended in me being charged $20 for gas I did not use. I drove 90 miles. Car was given to me half full and slip marked as 3/4 full. I put 3 gallons in. I told all this to technician. Then charged to fill the tank, I drove 90 miles, how could I have used 7 gallons either way. Very disappointed.
