Dear Otto’s Community,
This week we had a soft opening of our service drive operations, but we have decided to close again in order for us to fine-tune our processes to better adhere to the Social Distancing guidelines. We will re-open Monday April 6th at 7am!
Walk-in appointments will be available, just pull your vehicle into our service drive for assistance. If you would like to schedule an appointment you can do so by visiting our scheduling portal https://www.ottosmini.com/service/schedule-service/
We are also offering Pick-up and Delivery services for your vehicle, please contact your Service Advisor for more information.
We continue to follow CDC guidelines for sanitizing our facility as well as the vehicles utilizing BMW/MINI recommended products.
This is not a decision that we ever expected to be faced with, however, with our commitment to promote the welfare of our employees and that of our community this is simply the right thing to do.
We have the ability to answer your questions via phone and email. If you have an emergency with your vehicle please contact us or simply have it towed to the dealership, we can still help.
