Although a book is handed out, it would be nice to have a personalized binder explaining the major features in step by step format. This would be extremely helpful especially for us non-tech dummies. However, I did not ask for a test drive and I presented the SA with my MINI already configured with all the options picked out through your awesome web site. I called after 4 hours & was told there was a recall issue that was being worked on.
